How does Rent-To-Own work?

The concept is simple.  If you rent a car from us for approximately 24 months

or less at the end of that period we will give the car to keep.


How do I apply and how long will it take?

Submit your contact details via this website, e-mail us or give us a call. Our consultants will take you through a very simple qualification process over the telephone to determine what you can afford. They simply look at what you earn each week, then look at your expenses and work out how much you have left over each week to put towards a car.

The initial qualifications are:

  • You must be over 21 years old
  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Proof of Income
  • Proof of Address
  • Down payment (minimum $1,000)

After the your initial inquiry, one of the consultants will call you to discuss your needs.  If we can help you, it shouldn’t take more than approximately 15 minutes on the phone to go through the qualification process.

If we have the car in stock that will suit your needs, you have completed the qualification process and the necessary initial down payment of $1000.00 toward the rental contract. After you qualify, you will have to come to the location specified to complete the final paper work and the required documentation you can usually pick up your vehicle within 24 hours.

Currently we only accept payment in the form of cash, prepaid visa card, visa check card credit card.


What type of vehicles do you have?

At this stage we mainly have sedans and some station wagons.  Go to our car listing to see the vehicles that are currently available.  If you don’t see the type of vehicle you are interested in, contact us and we will see if we can find something that suits your needs.


Can the Rental Agreement be cancelled?

The Rental Contract can be cancelled for any reason, at any time and return the car to us. Upon cancellation of the contract the customer will be charged the daily rental fee from the date of contract to the date of return including buy not limited to any parking tickets, moving violations and any damage done to the interior or exterior to the vehicle.

We may cancel the rental contract if there is a breach of the Terms and Conditions according to the Rental Contract.


Can I swap cars during the Rental Period?

The renter must have the initial car for a period of six months before they can swap the car. In this instance we may require you to complete a new rental contract and pay another down payment.


What happens if my car breaks down?

If the car breaks down you must call our 24-hour number 301-277-0044. The Company is the only authorized facility that can repair the rental vehicle. Once we determine the cost of the repairs and fix the vehicle, you will be responsible for reimbursing the company for the repairs.


What happens if I get into an accident?

If you get into an accident you must call our 24-hour number 301-277-0044.


What are my responsibilities during the Rental Period?

The Renter must maintain the vehicle according to the rental contract. Any service maintenance required on the car must be brought back to the company for servicing and the renter must reimburse the company for these services.
